Refund Policy
Member satisfaction is very important at Site by Nite. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you experience any problems or are unhappy for any reason.
Due to the nature of the services and products, Site by Nite has a limited refund policy.
- Domain names - there are no refunds on domain names and purchase is immediate.
- One-On-One Designer Time - there are no refunds for time already used or in process of being used. Any pre-purchased time that has not been used yet may be refunded at 90%.
- Website Packages - only unused months of your website package are refundable; e.g., you sign up and pay for a Website Package, which you are billed for quarterly. You are one week into your plan when you decide you no longer want the service and request a refund. In this instance, you will receive a refund for 2 months. Refund requests must be received prior to the first of the next month.
